I’ve been using Calendly and Time Trade for years for pure scheduling purposes and have been generally happy – but when I saw this Bookafy deal, had to try it. Out of the gate, it was pretty good, not as polished as Calendly but for an LTD it was outstanding. I noticed a couple of tweaks that could be made and and one bug that was tablet specific, wrote to Casey with the suggestions and he replied literally 20 minutes later with 2 fixed instantly applied the 3rd suggestion on the road map — wow.
I bought the 24Sessions deal when it came out but with Bookafy, I actually cancelled my 24Sessions Account (And Calendly). Zoom is the best conferencing platform out there and with Bookafy Integration – it’s a slam dunk Combo. I really wanted to love 24 Sessions but couldnt – The booking interface is awesome but the screen sharing was clunky and in theory it was possible to create several meeting types, but in practicality 24 Sessions is video conference driven. So I am totally happy with Bookafy that I can create video conference meetings (with zoom), Face to Face Meetings, and Phone Meetings.
Let me start by saying… I LOVE Acuity. It’s great for my team and I. The problem is my clients don’t find it easy or intuitive.
So I’ve been on the search for a scheduler that’s a bit more novice friendly. Bookafy hit it out of the park.
Simple setup, easy for users, and integrates with Zoom (the real selling point for me).
The only thing I need now is for the developers to add intake questions and this would be 100 stars

Cons; One message for all types of appointments, all appointments are given the same availability.
Currently, I have links for sales conversations that I only make available 3 days a week, bookings for guest on my podcast which are only two half days and each receives a different message since they are radically different.
So if your business is less complicated go for it!! Great deal.
If you need more customizing and tweaking, hold off until they have more flexibility and customization.
I use 2 others booking apps for all my business I could tell you that Bookafy is so easy and at the same time so powerful with a lot of features.
