This is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve been playing around (and am a premium subscriber to Evernote, Dropbox Paper, Newton, G-suite and I got the Bit.ai deal as well but…. this deal, stacked, is the best thing that could have happened for me and my business because solid communication, organization, and collaboration is a big pain in the but for me so far with all the tools.
Documents are kinda everywhere and this will be used as a nice place to keep everything together + for less than $100 I can collaborate together with 10 people which will keep my business using this tool for free for a while so I’m not adding any costs.
I still keep Evernote as my online file storage for official documents, g-suite to make nice PDF documents for clients but dropbox paper will disappear out of my workflow unless I need to collaborate with clients.

I’ve been testing this for a few days now, and so far I love this little tool. Not only does it store notes, but it also store PDFs, audio files, basically any file you want under the limit.
Yes, I stacked two codes so I could get the encryption, but it’s so much more!
This is perfect for my podcast so that my entire team can get the prodcast out. All I have to do is record, drop the file in NoteJoy, and my team magically makes everything else happen.
I can track whats going on, and if someone accidentally deletes a file, no probs… I can get it back.

Some disclosure – I have tested Notejoy in the past and when this deal showed up on here, I didn’t waste any time in buying it. My review stems from my earlier experiences using the product.
Notejoy has a slack channel like feel to it — not for chat conversations, but documents. Each channel can be accessed by people you’ve given access to, as well as a private space for your own documents. Notejoy also feels a bit like google docs as it allows real time document editing with your team members. One can review documents and give feedback via threaded comments. It allows you to pin documents in the document dashboard as well as keep tabs on file changes by recency, team-member, etc. And the search feature is one of the best in the business! Haven’t really faced any issues with the tool so far. I’m looking forward to using this on my mobile phone. This is going to make work sooo productive! I just know it.
