The e-voucher is valid for all Native Instruments software products in the NI Online Shop, excluding hardware, updates, upgrades, crossgrades, educational versions, and products already on special offer. The e-voucher is personalized and only for use by the appointed addressee/user. It is not transferable and may not be resold. If not redeemed, the e-voucher expires on January 31, 2020. If the total amount of the e-voucher is not redeemed, the holder is not entitled to payment of the remaining balance. Only one e-voucher can be used per product purchase. The e-voucher can only be redeemed at the NI Online Shop. The e-voucher may not be redeemed for cash. This special offer is valid from December 16, 2019 until January 31, 2020, at the NI online shop.

This lottery is being conducted by NATIVE INSTRUMENTS GmbH from December 16, 2019 until January 16, 2020. By entering the lottery, participants agree to these terms and conditions. All personal information is protected by privacy and data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Native Instruments group are not eligible to participate. By entering their email address, one participant can win a package of Native Instruments products. The package consists of one copy of KOMPLETE 12 ULTIMATE COLLECTOR’S EDITION, one MASCHINE MIKRO, one KOMPLETE KONTROL A49 keyboard, and one TRAKTOR KONTROL S3. Winners will be determined by lottery among all participants. The winner will be notified by email, and is required to notify Native Instruments that he/she accepts the prize within one week after receiving the notification email. If Native Instruments does not receive notification within this period, the winner forfeits the prize and Native Instruments reserves the right to choose another winner.
