How Repuso Works
Alright, let’s get into it. Repuso funnels all of your reviews into one dashboard once you connect your channels. So head on over to Channels to connect your Google Business Account, Yelp, Apple AppStore, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and any other review source you have.
When you add a source, you have the option to automatically approve 5-star reviews. Alternatively, you can manually approve your reviews in the Posts tab. Once you’ve approved some reviews from your sources, it’s time to create a website widget!
Repuso provides a variety of widget that are totally customizable, so your display
will look exactly the way you want it to. Once you land on the widget, click over to Layout tab to make customizations and Content tab to filter through which reviews you want to appear on the widget. Then, copy and paste the embed code into your site! Repuso also has a WordPress plugin.
Finally, Repuso helps you reduce bad reviews with smart review collection routing. Let me show you how to set that up! Head over to the Collection tab to grab a link for your customers to submit reviews. In Review Sources, you can select where you want to receive these sources – for instance, Repuso and TripAdvisor. Then, under Routing, you can send your good reviews to TripAdvisor for prospective customers to see… and you can send your so-so reviews to Repuso and keep them off of social sites.
