I have tested Send Spark and Warm Welcome, both are great for different purposes.

I am using SendSpark mainly for lengthy videos (presentation/email prospecting/user onboarding/video request), while Warm Welcome for short and concise lead generation videos (video bubble, video business card, video signature).

For those who are still on the fence.

If you’re looking for a presentation tool to record you and your screen at the same time with email analytics then get SendSpark.

If you’re looking for a tool to build your personal profile with Video Business Card, Video Bubbles, Video Signature then without a doubt get Warm Welcome.

The only downside I find that both tools have branding all over the place. I personally think that as a business, we are getting these tools for personalized outreach. So it must be associated with our company brand instead of the SaSS company. So I will wait for the white label feature to be released before making my decision. Whichever tool with SaSS branding must go.

As for now, I’ll keep testing both before the refund window. But I think these tools are complementary to one another. *like a said, white label will make or break these deals*.

So far I’m happy and 5 tacos for SendSpark without a doubt.

Sendspark came along at literally the perfect time for me because I have a couple of different projects that I just started, and it offers a solution for both of them.

First, I am building a website where I need to collect customer testimonials. I had previously purchased a deal here called videopeel for that purpose but even with 3 purchased codes there is a 200 videos per month cap with videopeel and with Sendspark there is no limit on how many I can collect at one time. Of course, there is an overall account storage limit with Sendspark depending on how many codes you purchase so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s unlimited. Sendspark does make collecting customer videos really easy. I would like to see an embed code to display the testimonial videos of our choice on our blogs and websites.

Next, I also just became a dealer for a line of guitars and people ask a lot of questions. With Sendspark I can quickly make a personalized video answering questions and embed a preview with a link to watch it. It’s less time-consuming than trying to craft the perfect descriptive email and makes it more clear to the customer what I am trying to say. I also think that answering questions with a personal video gives customers a level of customer service that most people just aren’t used to receiving which helps in overall trust and sales.

I’m sure there are lots of other uses for Sendspark but these are what caught my attention.

Could not resist the urge to buy it and full stack the tier 5 for supporting such a great product and enthusiastic and generous team. I have honestly didn’t consider it the first time after seeing the Appsumo’s How-To Youtube as it was more focused on the communication which is not my use case. My use case is more of a loom replacement for video recordings of tutorials, team collaborations and sharing unbranded videos with clients.
This is an investment decision for me as well as it serves as a replacement for Loom.

What I would like to see:

-Responsiveness in the video dimensions. Currently it is a bit small to view and mainly focused on the use case of communication where my use case it to screen record and demo on a wider screen with more screen visibility is needed.

-4K and 60+ FPS support. Preferably without re-encoding since the users control their storage so sometimes, I need to upload a quick unbranded 4K Ad for demonstration where I need to show it with the best resolution and frame rate possible.

That’s how it went in my head. I mean, i have dubb, what on earth would i want with this. Well all i can say is this beats everything hands down and is so easy with awesomeness templates added in to boot. There are so many ways to use this software and as many people get fed up with emails, this is indeed a game changer that develops engagement, captivates the user and builds trust immediately. What else can you ask for. I will be getting more than my use out of this, not only for outreach but for reviews, answering questions and as a sass developer myself, i can’t wait to offer this to our members when we launch. I have not had any support yet, that’s how easy it is, but given what everyone has said, i will reiterate the same. Damn you Appsumo, my wallet is getting a hamering. However, i expect this tool to refill that wallet in due course.

After thinking for some time about getting the Warmwelcome deal here at AppSumo, my decision has now been made to go with Sendspark.
Sendspark works very intuitively. There is no native iOS or Android app yet, but the website is responsive and therefore also works very well on mobile. Thus, it is also possible to create video messages with your smartphone. I like the roadmap for future updates. I hope that many more features will be added. Currently it seems that the service is still in an early stage of development. CNAME support and white labeling is very important to me. Hopefully these features will be released soon! I also very much would like the service to be fully GDPR compliant soon. This is a very important issue when using it in Europe.
