Mercalli V3 SAL Windows® is video stabilization in a professional dimension: the software stabilizes shaky videos and saves apparently unusable, but still unique recordings for use in video editing. This removes unwanted, rough movements without affecting the dynamics or the character of the video.
CMOS sensor related errors such as rolling shutter are dampened fully automatically. This means that video recordings from DSLR cameras, pocket cams or cell phones are also significantly upgraded.
Well-known examples of such undesirable effects are distortion and wobbling in the video, which are particularly noticeable in the stabilized video. Mercalli also compensates for these phenomena in the sense of a perfect result.
Even jerky camera pans or stuttering zooms are smoothed out with Mercalli and can therefore also be used again in a high-quality film project.
