Feeling Positive as Seem Promising

Well, I bought another community Saas LTD prior to this, and felt good about it too. But that one was slow and found it a little too complex to be used. After seeing UUKI which is developed by the Vadoo TV team which seems reliable and trustworthy, I checked it out.

I found it is easier to use even though it is new and needs to be developed further. But I like the fact that we can easily add new communities and space as well as organize them. There are also event functions separated from the forum communities which could be useful for us to combine forum communities and events together. I believe they plan on separating the public and private space as well which will be great for us to encourage our users to become our clients.

Though I would like to see the interface improvement especially around the size of the pictures soon as it is quite annoying and strange to see logos in the dimension which is not as we want to (both in the phone and desktop).

Prior to purchasing my license for UUKI, I have read a lot of positive reviews. So, when I dove in after registering, honestly, I was somewhat skeptical and a little deflated when I saw the user interface. It looked clunky, amateur, and just plain ol’ uninspired. Luckily, the promise this software shows and what it does under the hood is a far cry from the first visual impression. Don’t judge a book by its’ cover, I suppose. The features are simple but powerful. The functionality and features are limited but extremely easy to execute. Given that this is still a product in its’ infancy stage, and given what amazing strides and progress the developers have done with the other service, I am excited to see where this journey goes. If you’re even “thinking” you might want to offer community-type services, stack up while you can and stick around. It’s going to be fun.

I have been thinking a lot about being less reliant on Facebook Groups to house the communication and engagement of my film group members. I am excited to start building on UUKI. I have been working on setting up the community and customizations. The user interface is friendly. I am finding what I need immediately. I do not have experience with similar tools so I cannot compare features. Important is communication, file sharing and video sharing right now. I am glad I will be able to integrate other AppSumo tools I use with UUKI. This is no technical review. I can say that it feels good and I am going to push the FB Group to UUKI now.
