I just bought this a few minutes ago and put it to use. It’s amazing how much background noise it reduces!
I needed to make a call via Google Hangout on my laptop and decided to test this first. I had a fan blowing in my direction and people talking in the background with a TV on. I spoke a few sentences, pretended to type things to make keyboard noises, and clicked my mouse a few times. I even tapped the tabletop to make some noise. Guess what? I didn’t hear any of the background noise at all! I sounded like I was speaking in a quiet room!
If you make calls or do video conferencing, I highly recommend this app!!!

No kidding.
I work remotely, managing remote teams and clients often from home with kids making noise or going quiet 😉 but running all over the main floor while I am in my basement office bearing all the inconvenience! I constantly mute as fast as possible when such happens or some strange noise from a car, truck or the gardener’s mower is having a field day.
Oh, I almost forgot. I am also a podcaster and so I record my sessions from the same home office. Everything runs smoothly until a phone call comes in the middle of a recording session or a print job starts and the printer screams angrily without warning.
Krisp, you saved me! I have bought several very expensive headsets to no avail. Between yesterday, I have already recorded 4 podcast episodes with Krisp and the quality is amazing without editing! I have had a couple of meetings with clients on Zoom and I feel wonderful.

Giggles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The app works better than I thought – it eliminates all noise. I did hear a few sounds in the begging of one of my recording, but nothing serious.
The only issue I have is that it changes my voice vastly when I have my AC on. That’s to be expected, but it would be great if the software learned how my voice sounds in a normal scenario because then it would adjust it to sound normal.
Krisp is great for conference calls, but I don’t think it’s the best for high-quality tutorials that I planned to do because it distorts the voice too much for my liking. I do see them improving on this in the future and also supporting higher audio quality too.
