Giving Docs Review at a Glance
What happens when you die? We all have a plan for when we’re alive. But what about a plan for when we’re gone? I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but everyone dies. (Except for me, I’ll live forever.) And the last thing you want to leave your loved ones with is the task of figuring out how to divide your assets. So, in order to make sure that doesn’t happen, we are introducing you to Giving Docs.
Giving Docs makes the whole estate planning process quick and painless. Create last will and testament, advanced health care directive, transfer death on the deed, and power of attorney
With Giving Docs, you can create:
- Last Will and Testament
- Advanced Health Care Directive
- Transfer on Death Deed (If you can’t decide who to give your Malibu beach house too, I’d be more than happy to help you with that.)
- Power of Attorney
And let’s be realistic, life happens and sometimes you need to make edits to your will. (Like, there’s no way I’m still leaving my Star Wars collection to you, Ashley. Not after what you did on that cruise.). Fortunately for you (and me), Giving Docs allows you to alter your will at anytime.
Don’t worry, these aren’t wills written by my cousin Chad. These are real wills that are legally-binding in all 50 states! Just get a notary to slap on a stamp to make it official. (If outside the US, you can still use these as a template to bring to an attorney.)
Feel free to take Giving Docs to your lawyer to use it as a planning tool, or notarize it to complete your legalized will.
The wills not only give you a chance to take care of those closest to you, but they also give you an opportunity to give back to the world. Whether you’re interested in donating to schools or your favorite charity, Giving Docs makes sure you are able to get your assets to where you want them most.
There’s no limit to how many great causes you can support! (Go ahead, tap into your inner Mother Teresa.) Make sure your loved ones get what they need by using this FREE tool We all have a plan for when we’re alive. But what about a plan for when we’re gone?

User & Media Reviews
What are their users saying? Why they loved it?
I got the free will docs. I have nothing, but when I die you can have all of it.
Just spent about 20 minutes running it through the paces. It is the easiest way to make a will – the easiest I have seen on the Interwebs! I’ve tried to get my wife to do this for years and now we can either use this or have it as a base for the real documents. This will at the very least get the conversation rolling.
This is great for anyone who wants to create a living will. It’s easy to categorize all of your family members whether immediate or related by blood or marriage, along with your friends and even organizations that you would want to receive anything that you possess. Even though I’m quite young and am a practicing minimalist, you never know what the future brings and how your loved ones will try to interpret your last wishes.|
Although I only downloaded the product ” Giving Docs ” a short while ago, what limited use I had with this product was impressive. I was impressed at how detailed this product was, so much so, that I was unprepared to enter the details required. This was not a disadvantage though because I was able to save the information I did input, making it easy to reopen the program at a later date when I had accumulated the information required. I assume I will be opening and closing this product to enter more information as I research the information in the future as well as changing details as life changes your circumstances.
Job well done
In less than 15 minutes, I downloaded a copy of my new last will and testament. Giving Docs made it easy to plan the distribution of my assets to my children, friends, and charitable organizations. I would highly recommend this product to all of my friends and family.

Planning your legacy is such an important step, it is what I do for a living. These forms will help you get through the entire thinking process and I love that they recommend you get them endorsed by a lawyer or an attorney. This is one of those things that you always plan to do, but you never get around to actually execute the plan, but having Giving Docs, gives you no excuse, as I was testing it, I've actually drafted the required document without realising it.. All I have to do now is forward to a lawyer and get is stamped and done...
