How does Deskera work?

Alright, let’s get into it. The suite is divided up into three sections: Deskera Books, Deskera Sales, and Deskera People.

Deskera Books

Let’s dive into the first one, Deskera Books, which launches a dashboard that tracks your sales and purchases, profits and loss summary, and various trend analytics. Over on the left, you’ll see the menu to navigate between the various modules, like sell, buy, and many more.

Let’s take a closer look at the Buy tab, where you can create a new order in seconds. Go ahead and add your line items, create custom fields, and select your currency. I imagine you’ll also make some money too.

Over in the Sell tab, you can create new quotes and invoices just as easily. For example, with a quote, you can select your contact, enter line items, and apply discounts as a dollar amount or percentage. After saving the quote, converting it into an invoice, or auto-fulfilling the order is done in one-click.

When you go with auto-fulfill, you’ve got three options based on whether you want to fulfill this quote within the quote itself, within the warehouse module of Deskera, or 3rd party logistics. Plus, you can get paid directly through the platform itself, and all of these transactions are recorded in the Accounting tab.

Deskera Sales

Next up, we’re going to dive into the Deskera Sales portal. You’ve got at-a-glance analytics including deals won and deals lost, deals vs. contacts, and a contacts report.

Let’s take a closer look at the deal. Here, you will find all of the important details about the deal, as well as all email correspondence, notes, and activities like a call, meeting, task, deadline, email, etcetera, etcetera… You can even send an email through Deskera once you’re connected to Gmail or IMAP.

Deskera is probably the best piece of software that I have purchased on AppSumo so far. It works very well, and I haven’t run into any errors so far.

The onboarding process is very simple and straightforward, and I was able to have everything set up in just under an hour.

The team behind the product is just as good as the product. I was able to access help fast and efficiently when it was needed.

The UI is very nice, clean, and simple. Everything works as it’s supposed to.

Even though the price is higher than most deals, I would definitely recommend stacking a few codes. It is definitely worth it if your business could benefit from any of the features.

The right solution for easy invoicing and inventory keeping!

On the face of it, it looked like one of the most expensive products in app sumo but I still bought it as I had tried their mobile app. now that I have spent some time on the product I can say it’s actually well worth it. The book keeping invoicing and inventory is one of the better ones I have seen till date … crm is not the best you can get but I have taken it as a value add on what I am getting so pretty decent

Inventory management was my key need as I am not too excited about the inventory solutions I have used so far even if it is from some really big brands …so with deskera I can obviously track stock and inventory along with the Warehouse locations. We were able to define product attributes like Color, Size, Brand, etc, as per our segment’s need. Track Reorder Levels, Serials & Batches for your SKUs.

I could also add product images and barcodes to quickly scan the products in Transactions and generate invoices & orders.

Looks like it is pretty easy to maintain multiple warehouses and get instant reports on Stock Levels in each of the Warehouses, which is also accessible via their Mobile App.

Something that you should not miss

Okay. I think this is one of the rarest deal. It has every other possible feature needed to run a business. Imagine someone giving you a ZOHO LTD. Here are my few observations: 1)) Very fast support team, I had an issue with my IMAP account connectivity, they immediately fixed it. 2)) Tons of useful features. I also ran small email campaign. All emails got delivered perfectly, individual email and ticket got recorded against a customer perfectly. 3)) More upside. Company is already funded, I am pretty sure, moving forward software is only going to improve. In short – don’t miss for anything. I am going full stack TBH.
