Already feel dragged into the sales funnel of helpshelf which is good marketing but bad customer relationship building. Now I need to spend my time researching if I need the upgrades, if I need the extra integrations… Can’t I integrate yet??? How much integrations do I have now… 5 extra costs me $35 right now…

I have been looking for a tool like this for a while now! Found a few bugs here and there but Ben fixed them like super quick 🙂 Wish I could stack more codes 5 taco product for sure.
I’m an avid user of MissingLettr; I love the simplicity of it. Again with HelpShelf, Ben offers a smart way of doing more with less. HelpShelf is an excellent solution if you are looking for a widget that centralizes all your support resource in one. It will also suggest relevant help article that you can customize for each URL depending on which page your customer is on. Instead of trying to host your knowledge base, it will simply link to it. So no more pain of reformating and updating links. I like it very much. There is still some room for improvement, like triggering the widget with a custom link and integrating more helpdesk solution but overall a solid 5 stars deal. I already stacked 2 codes!
It is a brilliant idea to gather all your help information sources in an easy to access widget. I am thrilled that I will have LiveAgent, SupportHero, Facebook Messenger, Email, RSS Feed, Vimeo and YouTube all in one place for support.
It is amazing to be able to integrate great previous AppSumo purchases (LiveAgent and SupportHero). Integrations like these are vital for addicted sumolings, otherwise the tools will become useless and there will be no reason to keep buying tools that do not communicate with one another.
Ben said they are working on integrating with scheduling apps, what is also stated at their website. Please add Bookafy to you list, as it was a successful previous deal.
I also would love to see vooPlayer and EventsFrame integrated into ShelpShelf. Then it will become the paradise!!!
