Pure HDR is the answer for everyone who is enthusiastic about the undisputed advantages of HDR photography – unprecedented light spectrum, the most natural colors, all details in depths and highlights – but do not want to detach themselves from Lightroom, Photoshop and Co. Special self-developed HDR algorithms ensure that the image information is added up perfectly and tailored to the respective motif. Because just as every motif requires a certain image style, HDR images are only perfect if they have been put together with a matching HDR algorithm.

- Average: The simplest form of HDR generation and forms the average of the exposure series images.
- Entropy : Entropy is a measure of information density in information theory. Applied to the HDR generation, an algorithm results that measures the information density of the exposure series images per pixel and converts them into weights for the HDR generation. The result is a very stable process that is set as the standard algorithm for PureHDR.
- Color mix: The color mix process uses the color components of the pixels as a measure of the weighting and is particularly suitable for exposure series with little difference in brightness in partial areas, such as. B. fog, smoke or cloud photographs.
- Logarithmic luminance: This algorithm works with the logarithmic brightness (luminance). This roughly corresponds to the brightness perception of the human eye – making this algorithm very suitable for most exposure series.
- Absolute distance : A very powerful HDR fusion process that combines two essential properties: When HDR smoothing is deactivated, the HDR images are free of halos and brightness breaks are also avoided.
- Luminance sharpness: With the luminance sharpness method, the sharpness of the luminance (brightness) is determined per pixel and converted into a weighting. In this way you get the areas with the best detail drawing in the HDR fusion.
- Repro-neutral: This process is specially optimized for exposure series of scanned image data in normal lighting situations.
All images in an exposure series are calculated by one of the 7 HDR algorithms into a true 32-bit HDR image, including pixel-precise alignment and impressive ghost image correction. After a click, you can continue working in the familiar Lightroom® or Photoshop® environment. This 32-bit HDR now contains the full light information of the exposure series with incredible details in shadows, lights and colors.
Pure HDR works with all common image standards, from JPG to RAWs. The integrated RAW converter is constantly updated and even masters the development of exposure series. Any changes you make to an image in the bracketing series are applied to the entire series if the user wants it to.
